"Original Review – 1 Star ⭐ Let me start off by saying for the most part ive had nothing but great experience. But not sure what happened this time, I am giving them a one star review at the moment for the experience that I had and because I still haven't had a return call from my agent.. But for the other years, I've been with them. It's been nothing but five stars, but I have been with this State Farm office for 6 years and have always dealt with Ms. Camille for my car insurance. Recently, however, I experienced a frustrating situation that really tested my patience and loyalty. Due to a billing mishap, my insurance was not renewed on time. While it was eventually reinstated after about an 15-day process, the journey to get there was stressful. At one point, I was told I didn’t need to worry about the bill, only to find out later that I did — and that I would now have two payments due within a short two-week period. I’m thankful I didn’t believe the misinformation and held on to the money, because if I had spent it, I would have been in serious trouble. For the last 2½ weeks, I’ve been calling to speak directly with Ms. Camille — the representative I’ve always trusted and worked with — but I was never able to reach her. Instead, I was attended to by other employees. While they did help me, I was not happy about having to deal with anyone other than the person I specifically asked for. When a customer requests to speak with the representative they’ve built a relationship with for nearly 6 years, it should be made a priority. To make matters worse, every time I called, the responses felt nonchalant, almost as if there was no real problem. When I voiced my frustration, I would get the standard, “Oh yeah, I understand, I’m so sorry,” and then they’d just move on — with no urgency or real empathy for what has been the biggest headache I’ve had with my insurance in years. This is the kind of customer service issue that can make or break a customer’s loyalty to an office. While my insurance issue has now been resolved, I would have hoped for some form of goodwill or assistance with the bill — not just the option to spread payments out over four months — especially when the due dates are now so close together because of the mishap. I’m glad the policy is reinstated, but this experience left me feeling undervalued as a long-term customer. State Farm is built on relationships, and I hope this office can improve communication, empathy, and follow-through so no one else has to go through the frustration of chasing down the person they’ve trusted for years. Updated Review – 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been with this State Farm office for 6 years and have always worked with Ms. Camille for my car insurance. Recently, I had a billing and renewal issue that caused me a lot of frustration. I’m happy to say that after speaking directly with Camille, she took the time to listen, address my concerns, and put my mind at ease. She walked me through everything, made sure I fully understood the situation, and confirmed that everything was in order before ending the call. Her professionalism and effort to make things right reminded me why I’ve stayed with her for so long. Issues can happen anywhere, but what matters most is how they’re handled. Camille went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and reassured, and that means a lot as a long-term customer. Thank you for taking care of me and restoring my confidence in the service here."
